TS POLYCET 2015 Vacancy Seats After 2nd Phase (Final) Counselling: Telangana Polytechnic 2nd Phase counseling & allotment processes completed on 22nd July, 2015. After Phase-II many seats had been left. There are nearly 18307 vacancy seats available in all colleges. But now there is no other phase (3rd Phase) of counselling. But there is a chance for colleges to fill up remaining seats in their respective colleges by Spot Admission Notification. All the candidates who got allotments in respective colleges and are not satisfied have no chance of another option for counselling. Unsatisfied and not reported candidates have the option to join in Management Quota or Spot Admission.
